Yay for more Howard Stark! I was hoping they might get him in every now and then as a cameo, but it's great news that he'll be a regular character alongside Peggy.

I definitely think it benefits from a marathon watch. It's a lot easier to put up with the bland dialogue and two-dimensional characterisation of the early episodes when you know it'll only be a couple of hours before you're past it, rather than days and weeks and months. Just watched the Agents of SHIELD ep where events catch up with The Winter Soldier.

I did not see that coming. And I thought I was totally spoiled.

So I decided to give Agents of SHIELD another try, since I heard it got a lot better midway through the season, particularly once it started to tie in with The Winter Soldier. Ugh, why couldn't we have this as a TV series instead of Agents of SHIELD? I would tear off my right arm and beat myself to death with it for an Agent Carter TV series.
